ITV tourne Monroe

ITV entame le tournage cette semaine à Leeds de Monroe, un 6x60 médical imaginé par Peter Bowker (Blackpool, Occupation...). On y retrouvera à la réalisation Paul McGuigan qui s'est notamment occupé des épisodes 1 et 3 de la série Sherlock diffusée cet été. Monroe est le nom du neurochirurgien qui sera incarné par James Nesbitt (Jekyll, Occupation, The Deep) :

The 6 x 60 minute series examines Monroe's world inside and outside the hospital, with medical emergencies cutting across the lives of everyone involved from staff to patients and relatives. Monroe also has to contend with his two new medical trainees, Daniel Springer (Luke Allen-Gale) and Kitty Wilson (Michelle Asante) who have joined St Matthew’s Hospital under his watchful eye.
